Visitors to a popular manufacturing technology show are to be given the opportunity to discover some of the most intuitive tool preparation and management solutions on the market.
ZOLLER UK – part of the Derbyshire-based Carfulan Group to attend Inspiration Through Innovation – Zoller is the only business in the UK solely dedicated to supplying tool pre-setting and inspection equipment, helping to ensure tools are of the right standard to create accurate and conforming parts prior to machining.
Reduced downtime, increased tool life, tool cost savings and less scrap are just some of the benefits and, as ZOLLER systems can interface with any CNC machine controller, transferring tool data automatically, reliably and securely is a straightforward process.
Between 9am and 4pm on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 9 and 10, experts from ZOLLER UK will be at the Seco Tools ‘Inspiration through Innovation’ 2018 exhibition, which last year attracted more than 700 visitors.
Free to attend and held at Seco’s state-of-the-art Technology Centre in Warwickshire, the event is focused on providing evidence of manufacturing best practice by bringing together some of the most forward-thinking professionals in the UK.
On display with ZOLLER will be the smartCheck, a high-performance tool inspection and measurement machine designed for all cutting tools, enabling efficient checking before and after the sharpening process to ensure absolute precision, documented results and productivity gains.
ZOLLER UK Sales Manager Leigh Tricklebank said: “Seco is always an excellent show with a very knowledgeable audience, so it’s one we always look forward to.
“This year we’re really excited to be bringing along one of our smartCheck systems and we’ll also be discussing special offers on our tool management solutions, including smartCabinets.
“This range of manual or automated storage solutions with advanced inventory software deliver time and cost savings by recording, measuring, managing, storing and inspecting all of a company’s tools, components, materials and consumables throughout their entire lifecycle.”
