The latest solution for improved machining performance- the REGO-FIX powRgrip clamping system- is designed to provide your inspection processes with micron-precise automatic tool clamping within a matter of seconds.
Combined with ZOLLER’s popular universal tool presetting and inspection system, venturion, powRgrip enables HSC/HPC high performance cutting, highly precise concentricity for longer tool life, protection against tool slippage thanks to high-clamping torque, and the best vibration dampening for the best surface finish results.
With fast tool measurement to the µm, including tolerance check, powRgrip offers unprecedented tool clamping speed and precision which prevents tool slippage with its high-clamping torque, maximum clamping force and low run out, even after 20,000 tool changes.
Consisting of a collet holder, a collet and a clamping unit, the REGO-FIX powRgrip system allows high-performance, precise length presetting with a repeatability of <10 µm- clamping tools in less than 10 seconds and without the use of heat.
The powRgrip’s flexibility, with clamping diameters from 0.2 to 25.4 mm, means that this system can clamp all shanks with h6 tolerance.
