The brand new Genius was seen for the first time in the UK as ZOLLER UK unveiled the tool inspection system at MACH 2022.
The redesigned machine includes even more user-friendly features, as well as having improved ergonomics for the shop floor.
ZOLLER UK Service Manager Will Burrows said: “There was plenty of interest in the brand new Genius machine at MACH which we hoped there would be. We were proud to unveil the exciting changes that have been made to the machine and showcase its full capabilities live on the stand.
“The other machines on show, including from the Smile range, the Redomatic and our Tool Management Software, also proved to be successful in what was a great week at MACH 2022.
“We are now looking forward to following up on the conversations we had on the stand and ensuring that manufacturers are maximising their capacity on the shop floor.”
One tool manufacturer has already taken that step, with MA Ford agreeing a deal on the stand to install the new Genius system, adding to their portfolio of ZOLLER technology at their Derby HQ.
MACH 2022 was a record show for ZOLLER UK and parent company Carfulan Group, with the stand the biggest the Group has ever built and a record number of enquiries gathered throughout the week at the NEC in Birmingham.
