ZOLLER UK, world-leading precision tool presetting, inspection, storage and management solution specialists, are launching a new state-of-the-art heat shrinking solution for the first time in the UK at this year’s MACH exhibition.
The UK’s premier manufacturing exhibition is returning to the NEC in Birmingham from the 15-19th April 2024, displaying more innovations under one roof than ever before.

It’s fast operation, flexible design and process reliability creates an effortlessly efficient heat shrinking solution that can prepare tools for production in under a minute.
Alongside the powerShrink 400, the stand will also feature a number of tool presetting and inspection machines including: the genius, a universal measurement machine for cutting tools that offers quick, simple, and precise inspections. The TMS Organiser and Keeper 2000, which provides the optimal storage solution for tooling and accessories, as well as a variety of machines from the smile range, an essential system for high-level accurate and repeatable tool measurements.
ZOLLER will also be demonstrating the world’s most efficient tool management solution: zidcode. zidCode automates data transfer using a simple USB interface to ensure accurate tool data, resulting in zero errors, zero time lost and zero machine crashes.
