PJ Tooling produces a vast range of products, which requires a multitude of different tools. PJ Tooling needed to guarantee accurate measurement of their tools before entering into production to minimise time and material waste.

Historically, we mainly used shadowgraphs and we were struggling to quantify the runout on the shanks. Before we invested in the ZOLLER, we couldn’t see if the tool is actually running out between the shank and the cutting part of the tool.”
