ZOLLER UK wowed visitors at MACH 2024 with the launch of its new state-of-the-art heat-shrink solution.
Thousands of visitors made their way onto the stand to witness the latest in ZOLLER technologies, including the all-new powerShrink, resulting in another record-breaking year following on from the success of MACH 2022.
ZOLLER UK, exhibiting as part of parent company the Carfulan Group’s stand, showcased a range of world-leading tool presetting and inspection technologies, including the launch of the powerShrink 400, an advanced heat-shrinking solution that provides high-level rotational accuracy, long tool life and reduced tooling costs.

“We were able to demonstrate why we continue to be an industry leader, highlighting a range of our advanced tool presetting and inspection technologies from ZOLLER UK, as well as showcasing a groundbreaking new machine for the first time here in the UK.

The five-day event at the NEC in Birmingham showcased more innovative technologies under one roof than ever before, with over 600 exhibitors and 26,000 attendees.
Alongside the launch of the powerShrink, ZOLLER UK’s stand also featured the genius, the universal measurement machine for cutting tools, the TMS Organiser and Keeper 2000, which provides the optimal storage solution for tooling and accessories, machines from the smile range, an essential system for high-level accurate and repeatable tool measurements, as well as the world’s most efficient tool data transfer solution: zidCode.
